Child psychotherapy

The central theme of child psychotherapy is to look into the phantasy, symbolism and anxiety of the clients, through the use of psychoanalysis. With interpretation and child’s response, the underlying emotion is uncovered and released. Psychoanalysis was begun by Austria psychoanalyst, Sigmund Fleud (1856-1939), who theorized the influence of unconsciousness on individual’s emotion and behaviors.

Client types

Children of developmental disorder or children show symptoms similar to developmental disorder. These include those with no apparent causes of emotion and with known causes such as baby has umbilical cord wrapped around neck before birth.
